No. As long as we have safe access to the roof and gutters and all pets are inside while spraying you don’t need to be present. We’ll take care of everything and send through photos and payment information when the job is complete.
Most roof moss treatments are completed within a few hours. Larger or heavily affected roofs may take a little longer as well as how much debris is found in the gutters - but we’ll always let you know beforehand.
The treatment starts working immediately, but moss and lichen don’t disappear overnight. Over the following weeks you will notice the color change and then it will naturally break down and wash away with rain and weather exposure over the following months.
No. We do not use high-pressure cleaning on tiled roofs. High pressure can cause damage and shorten the life of your roof. Our treatment method is safe, effective, and roof-friendly.
Light rain won’t affect the treatment. The product bonds to the roof surface and continues working even after rainfall. In fact, rain can help activate the treatment over time. If however there is heavy rain due on the day of the spray we will contact you to arrange a new time to spray
Yes. When you book a roof moss treatment, we include a full gutter clean at no extra cost. We need to make sure the gutters are clear prior to spraying so that the treatment can properly drain
